Terms & Conditions

Payment

A 30% deposit is required to secure your job. By paying the deposit you agree to the terms stated to you verbally and by email regarding turn around times, cost and work to be performed by Seaside Interiors & Upholstery.

Full payment is required on completion of the job.

Turn Around Times

Turn around times vary depending on the size and detail of the job, other work outstanding and the availability of materials/supplies needed for the job. We will endeavour to have the job completed within the agreed turn around times provided there are no disruptions with supplies. If any disruption occurs we will contact the client to discuss and complete as soon as humanly possible.

Changes

Once a deposit is paid, materials and supplies needed for the job will be ordered and no changes can be made to the job request. We are happy to discuss the job in detail prior to ensure the client is happy with the work to be done and that all details are correct to commence work.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason the client is unhappy with the completed work, please contact us for resolution, we are happy to discuss.
