Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to exchange any item, or present you with a store credit note if the item is returned immediately and in its original condition.

  • We only offer refunds if the item is damaged or faulty (with the defect not caused by you.) 
  • If the item does not match the description provided by us. 

We advise to contact, email a photo and presenting a receipt within 24 hours of purchase.

 

Shipping

We Ship anywhere in Australia, we organise postage through Australia Post.

We are determined to deliver your purchase as soon as possible.

All orders have a processing time of 24-48 hours and delivery is between 3-10 working days.

An email will be sent to you confirming the dispatch of your order once it has been sent.

Please specify any special delivery requests in the check out process.
